Golang Job: Full Stack Developer

The Role:

Build services and products that consistently scale

Work with the product development team to design, launch and deploy new iterations of our SaaS platform.

3rd party integrations, building the API integrations to our platform

Contribute to the design, implementation, and testing of new features

Identifying critical details and prioritizing incremental delivery

Spin up prototypes for testing features

Share and implement ideas to help our teams move faster

Test-driven development (TDD), high levels of code coverage, and automation

The role can be fully remote or based in either our London or Bournemouth office.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency with Java , and/or one or more modern programming languages (Golang, Python, Swift...etc.)

Advanced knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, Material Design and/or React, and Redux

Proficiency with data modeling, SQL databases (MySQL, Postgres...), and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/DocumentDB, AWS DynamoDB...)

Experience with building and maintaining REST APIs and public-facing API

Experience with AWS along with:

• PHP

• Unix/Linux shell

• Frameworks:

• Wordpress

• NextJS

• ReactJS

• NodeJS

• ExpressJS

• JQuery

• Jest / React testing tools

• Tools:

· NPM/Yarn or similar (edited)

Soft Skills Needed:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Expertise with accessibility, responsiveness, and component-driven development

Strong sense of ownership and focus on long-term usability and extensibility

Emphasis on exploring, experimenting, and innovating on current patterns and designs

A collaborative attitude and a helpful personality, and passion and flexibility to learn new tools and skillsets

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
